We tell our Clients that they can usually hire technical talent for considerably less than they can rent it from us (or any other consultant for that matter). Our expertise is that we can educate our Client’s internal resources to implement process improvement faster, deeper, and with a greater degree of sustainability than they could on their own. We leverage our Client’s internal resources so that when we leave the intellectual capital gained by their organization doesn’t leave with us. We acquire a certain level of technical expertise along the way, but it will never match the tactical skills we impart to your workforce.
